Singapore 3D2N

First time going oversea with friend, Winnie although just neighbor country... really feel excited. On our way to Singapore. We saw the rainbow ring... double! It is really amazing and beautiful.

26 Sept 2013
We reach there in the afternoon and after settling down... our first POI is Safari. River Safari and Night Safari.
The River Safari is new there, we decided to pay a visit because we never went to a river safari before and it seems interesting. Only when we buy the ticket, we get to know that we have less than 2 hours to complete our visits there because it's late. So, we have to speed up. We are both excited when we know there's panda after we bought the tickets. The River Safari is really worth visiting.
First time being that close with a crocodile because it's in a aquarium. It's really huge! It's Indian Gharial.

Panda!!! This is Kai Kai, the male one. Jia Jia is shy so I didn't see her.

This is beautiful!
For night safari, not much photos taken as it's dark. Good experience of observing animal in the dark but I think I would prefer seeing them clearly in the day than night. We also watch the show in night safari.

There's Singapore zoo that has polar bear! but we didn't go, will visit next time if got chance. At night, we went to Marina Bay, but unfortunately the skypark is closed because we are late (T.T). At least we took some nice photo and night view there.

27 September 2013
We visited the Universal Studio! Watched all the Stage Show including Monster Rock (Vampire, Frankenstein, Mummy etc were singing and dancing... Rock!), Waterworld ( live stunts and explosion etc), Donkey Live ( interactive show with Donkey). We also watch 'Lights, Camera, Action!' hosted by Steven Spielberg (setting for a hurricane in a room). I really amazed by the show. We played Shrek 4D Adventure, Madagascar Crate Adventure, Transformer The Ride 3D Battle, and Accelerator.
At night, we met my friend, Pauline and Nitous and went clubbing at Clark Quay.
The next day I go and meet my friend in Singapore, Zhen Hou. Then we go back KL. Thanks my friend Rebecca who have dinner with me and send me home. I really enjoy this trip although not much place I have visited. The transportation is very convenient and safe. I would consider revisit Singapore next time (^.^)

Rock Climbing and Skytrex

This is actually the first time I organise some extreme thing and more than 10 of my family and friends joining. First we went to Shah Alam Extreme Park. Thanks to Groupon again, I bought 2 hour rock climbing from Hikers Climber Adventure.

There are Level 1,2,3,4,5,6,7... which I also forgot  (-.-'') a few of them cannot be used. And I successfully challenged till Level 4. Actually I only reach the place as shown in the photo and couldn't reach the top. But the people down there keep pulling me and ask me go to the top. Maybe I should thank him? But my situation is... wanna go up but exhausted, cant go down because pulled. (T.T) Some of of friends managed to go even harder one and I salute!

Besides rock climbing, my sis and her son also playing archery. So I go and try. Not yellow... but got blue target.

After lunch, we go to Taman Botani Shah Alam for Skytrex Extreme Challenge. Chose the toughest but managed to finish it. First, we have to climb up high and do activities in between the trees reaching 22m height. We did a lot of flying fox there.

Feel great to what I have achieved. To be honest, I skip a few of the challenges for example the picture below. I must admit my arm not that strong to hold, especially at in that height.

Below is one of the toughest challenge as I have to remain balance and hold strongly to the rope to prevent falling. It swings every time I step, and the rope is quite far from each other.

Finally, I take group pictures with my sis family and friends. It's exhausting but I feel excitement, achievement and satisfaction. (^_^)

Fly over KLCC and Visit Art Expo 2013

After getting my diving license... go under the sea... I was considering fly up to the sky. Then my friend Rebecca shared me a Groupon deal about learn to fly an aircraft for RM450. Haha~ So I bring 2 of my friends to fly along as passengers. We went to Royal Selangor Flying Club with gps. According to the deal... I will get:
  • 10-minute ground briefing
  • 20-minute flight in an aircraft
  • Fly over KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers

I booked 10am, start at 10.30am. Not much ground briefing but the pilot fly us up and we are excited. I dont expect much as I know it is impossible that I can learn to fly an aircraft as written in the deal in 30 minutes. So I thought I only have the opportunity of sitting in front next to the pilot and see him doing it.
We really did fly over KL Tower and KLCC.  It is really exciting to see KL that close in the sky. When the aircraft is stable, the pilot taught me how to control the steering, pull is up, push is down, left and right... I actually allowed to control the aircraft for a few minutes! I'm really excited about it and feel great with the experience.
 I'm holding the steering!!!!!

After that he take control and ask... u guys want roller coaster? Wow!!! The aircraft suddenly went down almost 90 degree and my friends told me her things actually fly up too. Then it turned 90 degree left and spinning. It's really like roller coaster but more thrilling! Thanks to the pilot.

After that we go to Publika to have lunch, then to the Matrade for Art Expo 2013.
I'm not an artistic people but I like to see beautiful things. Things that catch my attention and touch my heart. For example, I stared at the picture below for quite long...
The background, the fish itself and the scenery on the fish.
I dont really understand the meaning but I like it a lot.

Panaroma Hill and Rainbow Waterfall

On 14 September,  my friends and I (3 of us) went Pahang for hiking. We actually planned to go 林明山 or panorama hill to see sunrise... but due to the time factor, driving and safety.... we only go in the afternoon and wish to see sunset. Unfortunately, It's raining on our halfway to the top. We almost give up but the rain is not heavy so we carry on after a break.

For me, it's neither easy nor hard but we could not see the sunset properly because of the weather (T.T).
However, the view is worth a visit.

After getting down from the hill, we have our dinner in a restaurant nearby and try the tomato noodle and mango steam fish.At night, we didn't sleep well.... 3 girls in a room, chit chat non stop.

On the second day, we wake up early in the morning, before sunrise and ready to go for second place... Rainbow Waterfall! We spent one to two hours in a truck and sitting behind with bad road condition.

There is a lot of people... So we actually jammed when we going up to the waterfall. however, I was surprised to see the waterfall. It's one of the tallest waterfall I have ever see. I really fell in love at the first sight.
While we are waiting for the sun and the rainbow, we have our break with hot cup and milo by the waterfall~

The picture actually shows how crowded is the place as we hardly find a place to eat and drink. Syok! Unfortunately, due to the rain those few days... we can't see the rainbow. So we went down with disappointment. On our way down, my friend Nicole realized the sun come out and saw the shadow of her finger is clear, so she asked us to go back and try our luck. I go back with her and luckily we did. Although the rainbow is small but we see it! It's following our sight, moving up and down as we stand and squat. It's so near as we can hold it.
The rainbow is just behind me if looking carefully. Our tour guide, Uncle Lim also asked us to try lie down and look up to the waterfall.
The photo could not show it but the waterfall and the sky is really breathtaking.
